Shakira is steaming up the August issue of Cosmopolitan Spain. The Latina pop sensation looks graceful, but I cannot say the same for the tie dye beaded contraption she is wearing.

It is my turn to ask,"When Shakira agrees to appear on your magazine cover how is it that you think 'the tie dye dress'?"
She is a She Wolf, not a hippy.
